Recycling

Recycling is $10 monthly with a 32-gallon container provided. Recycling is collected bi-weekly on Wednesdays. 

Materials Accepted:

- Plastic Bottle & Containers

- Food & Beverage Cans

- Paper

- Flattened Cardboard & Paperboard

- Glass Bottles & Containers

Materials NOT Accepted:

- NO Foods or Liquids

- NO Foam Cups or Containers

- NO Loose Plastic Bags or Film

- NO Green Waste

- NO Clothing, Furniture, or Carpet

- NO Batteries

Acceptable & Unacceptable Materials

Only acceptable waste materials may be placed in the container. This includes non-hazardous solid waste, and organic waste.

Excluded materials that are NOT to be placed in the container include, but are not limited to: Tires, radioactive materials, hazardous waste, toxic substance or material (as defined by, characterized or listed under applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations) any materials containing information protected by federal, state or local privacy and security laws or regulations.

Other items may include:

lubricating/hydraulic oil, medical waste, motor oil, other flammable liquids petroleum-contaminants, propane tanks, radioactive materials, aerosol cans, monitors, railroad ties, televisions, tree stumps, batteries, oil filters, antifreeze, asbestoschemical products, herbicides, lead paint chips, animals, appliances, barrels, bricks, concrete, demo, bricks, dirt, industrial waste, microwaves, contaminated oils, & fluorescent tubes

*Any other items or material prohibited by federal, state or local laws or regulations*

How Our Service Works:

Please check that the container is visible to the driver, within three feet of the curb, and at least three feet away from other objects, such as cars, trees or other containers.

Please place your container by the curb by 6:00 am on your service day as pickup times may vary. Container lids should be closed, and no additional trash should be placed on top or on the ground next to it, To help us keep your space clean, we REQUIRE all trash be bagged & tied.

Service Days:

Monday - Trash Can Deliveries

Tuesday - Lee's Summit / Raytown

Wednesday - RECYCLE

Thursday - Parkville / Gladstone

CLOSED HOLIDAYS:

New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, 

If the Holiday falls on a week day all routes are delayed one day following the Holiday.
